More Than 30 Years of Human Understanding
I’ve spent more than 30 years exploring what it truly means to be human.
My exploration has been through study and formal training. However, I’ve mostly learned through everyday moments. Especially the times when emotions, patterns and reactions arise without warning.
My professional background spans corporate business, training and induction design. It also includes delivering behavioural-change road safety programs and equine-assisted personal development.
Across each of these settings, I have focussed on the same core purpose: helping people find clarity, calm and confidence by reconnecting with who they genuinely are.
Shaped by Horses
Horses have been my greatest teachers. Over time, they have shaped how I understand honesty, presence and authentic strength.
They have taught me what honesty feels like in the body and how presence can settle the mind. Most of all, they have helped me understand how much strength exists in authenticity.
I remain endlessly fascinated by horses. I love their subtle cues, emotional transparency and ability to sense what we often hide. For me, sitting in the paddock watching them graze feels like coming home.
A Grounded Way of Holding Space
As a person, I feel deeply. I am an extroverted introvert who can lead with clarity and strength. However, I also need stillness, solitude and the grounding presence of nature to recharge.
Compassion, patience and acceptance come naturally to me. Because of this, people often tell me they feel heard, seen and understood without needing to explain much.
I hold space with steadiness, gentleness and a no-nonsense warmth where people often feel safe to be honest without pressure.
Life Beyond the Work
Outside of my work, I live a grounded and wholehearted life. I spend time with my herd, family and friends. I enjoy the discipline and creativity of gymnastics and love the thrill of motorsports. Occasionally, when I need open air, I ride my Ducati.
My Approach at Equiman Leadership
My approach at Equiman Leadership is to walk beside you with genuine presence and respect. From there, you can meet yourself with greater clarity, calm and honesty.
Together with the herd, I invite you into grounded self-awareness and genuine emotional steadiness. Most importantly, I invite you into a kinder relationship with yourself.
